Bottling Time On The Homestead.

I've bottled 5 gallons of very nice Syrah tonight. It's getting warmer, and I've decided to bottle now, and store the wine in a cabinet at 55 degrees. I'm going to fill the cabinet up in the next few weeks, and then it won't be cycling on and off so much. It will have a cold mass of liquid inside that will help maintain a constant temperature. Pardon my dull prose, but I've got a moderate buzz on from this Syrah. If all of you are good, and aNonYmOus stops being a fucking asshole, I might drink more some night, and write some drunken poetry. I posted some pictures of these grapes and the crushing last year. The wine is great, and the guy who grew these grapes has offered me a whole row of grapes this year, and I might go for it. An entire row might yield 20 gallons of wine, but what the hell, I can store the wine indefinitely, most wineries don't even sell the reds until they are 3 years old.
I have Ken Burns baseball documentary on, and they're detailing baseball in the 50's.
