Where Do These Crazy MF's Come From?

There is a guy down the way that been shouting belligerently for the past two hours. When he started, I assumed there was some more trouble down that way. Maybe it would escalate into another killing. It seems now that this guy is simply shouting his side of a normal conversation. He's very animated, and the tone and volume are like he's angry, but the actual words he's speaking are not angry. He looks like a crackhead, and who knows what's up around here.
