the three year old boy i babysat refused to even touch a lunchable with the cat in the hats face on it, becase he scared him so much. it amused me greatly; i thought that he was just scary to me, with that horrible costume on, but even kids think hes a scary man in a freaky costume. it will ruin the book for them :(

The original illustrations and rhyming dialog were perfect. Why did they need to muck it up?
