Here's the "Afghan Girl" photo. Her journey from 13 to 30 has been a tough one, to be sure. I wonder if the material wealth we enjoy in the United States is a core reason we are hated throughout the world. For the most part, we have health care, and decent food, peace and prosperity. We sit down at night and pour our angst out onto the internet. Can you imagine the life this poor woman has had? What would she think of us?
