I'm coming down with a cold,so I am eating those zinc lozenges, and called up my old dad, and canceled my visit. He shouldn't be exposed to colds at his age.

I was going to deliver a big screen TV to him, but that can wait to next weekend.
It's an old 60" projection TV that I got for free and fixed at work. The picture looks great as we spent about 4 hours aligning and adjusting the convergence. I had to convince him to take it. He could afford the best and most expensive flat plasma TV, but he won't buy himself things like that. He is very frugal, but comes from another generation, that is quickly dying out.

Ale Time

The weather is cooler now, and Monday I'm planning on starting 5 gallons of Ale. Ale is brewed fast, at room temperature. I have most of the ingredients, and I want to see if it can really be complete in two weeks.
