Health Update
Sep. 14th, 2007 10:32 amI've been feeling a little off lately, and had some blood tests done, and all the results (glucose and cholesterol levels) are fine.
I'm relieved, but plan to continue my health kick:
1) Drink lots of water.
2) Ride my bike more often, ideally every day for a half hour or more.
3) Continue a low carb diet with no sugar, bread, pasta.
4) Drink red wine, instead of beer or distilled spirits.
This should all result in some weight loss, but I don't want to get too skinny. I don't think I look good with a BMI of less than 25.
