Garden Glut

This summer harvest is relentless. I have just picked and processed 3 quarts of eggplant, and then picked 7 quarts of tomatoes to can tonight. Tomorrow I'll pick beans and squash. I'm getting insight into the agrarian life. It doesn't matter if you're tired or busy, you have to make hay when the sun shines.
