"Buried Treasure"
Sep. 8th, 2011 09:18 amThere's a new TV show on Fox, sort of a spin-off of "Antiques Roadshow". The Keno brothers travel to people's houses, and evaluate stuff in an effort to help these people raise some money.
Last night, the brothers went to the Catskills, and evaluated the estate of a reclusive and now deceased New York art dealer. They found some paintings that had a combined value of about $100,000, but they also found some forged paintings, and a room set up as a painting studio. The dead SOB was making signed, fake 20th century cubist oil paintings.
