Stuck In The Past
Feb. 28th, 2012 07:28 pmSome of you will remember when I put a high-gain TV antenna on the roof, and I sure get some interesting television for free. Along with 35 other channels, there's Me-TV and Antenna-TV, which show old TV series.
My favorite is The Rockford Files, from the 70's, but I watch both George Burns and Jack Benny from the 50's, and Dragnet and Lost In Space from the 60's.
A new channel, the Country Music network, just popped up, but I don't care for it much. They show music videos, like MTV used to, but I can't buy into the shmaltz of the cowboy hats and nasal singing.
