Hyper-Active Dog

Some neighbors are riding their horses by the house, and again Pogi overreacts. Halo get excited, but Pogi goes completely bonkers. I'm afraid he could jump the fence and cause some trouble.

I went out and tried to calm him, and eventually, over time, that might work. Later today, while on our walk, one of the riders galloped very close by us, and Pogi did not particularly act up. Perhaps Pogi thinks he has to guard the house from horses, and his craziness is territorial. I don't want to keep him always tied up, and I don't want to have to build a higher fence.
