The Final Summer Planting

I harvested, sun dried and moved the red onions to a rack in the garage. I was surprised that the onions were cool and moist, weeks after I stopped watering them. The squash is now planted and a few more eggplant are transplanted. My goal is to have the last of the eggplant in the new south bed by Wednesday, the first day of summer.
