Death And Life In This Mundane World.
Oct. 16th, 2012 09:10 pmI had an interesting dream last night, but I've forgotten much of the detail. I had been killed in a house fire, and death was relaxing, like stepping off some frantic merry-go-round. A dog that I once owned, was waiting for me in the spirit world, and I was looking for my Dad, but he had somehow moved on.
In this waking world, I've been slowly painting small sections of the fence. I'm being careful, because I really racked my knee up about 14 months ago, rebuilding a section of said fence. I have to cut and trim foliage and replace not just some pickets, but also some of the 10 foot cross pieces, and then paint. With some TLC the fence might last a few more years, but at the rate I'm going, it will take two weeks to finish.
I also have to clean out the roof gutters, trim back a tree that's touching the roof, and build a quick shed fto store my motorcycle and motor scooter collection before it rains.
I ordered some glaze and under glaze, over the internet for all the bisque ware I've been firing.
