After 24 hours, I've removed the mold from around the tabletop. and I'm keeping the concrete wet so it will slowly cure and strengthen. The nest step will be to mix some cement paste to the same color and slowly fill in the imperfections in the concrete. The final step will be to wet grind and polish the concrete as you would marble.

I could have kept the metal mold around the table edge, but this project is experimental, so I want to finish the bare concrete edge. I would need to do good edges if I decide to make concrete kitchen countertops.

I also harvested about half of the garlic.
