Two Minor Setbacks
Jul. 16th, 2013 02:42 pmI accidentally left the valve on when I was watering the avocado, so the rainwater tank is empty. I'm taking this opportunity to clean it, as it's full of algae, and soon I'll hook up an RO filter, and start filling it with purified water.
The yellow squash seeds that I saved were not viable, but I have replanted with store seeds. I'm not sure why* the seeds were bad. They seemed shriveled when I planted them. The butternut seeds that I also saved and planted are fine.
*Probably the donor squash they came from were not mature enough.
