Intruder Alert
Jul. 25th, 2013 09:33 amA Fedex driver ignored the "Beware Of Dog" sign and walked into the wolf pen. The dogs guarded and barked, but made no move to bite him. He was probably new on the job, and after he exited, I showed him the sign on the gate.
He was scared, but I'm happy that neither dog was over-aggressive. Part of it is that they are collies and not bred for killing, and part of it is that I've always been gentle with them and have tried to teach them manners.
I warned the driver that there are very bad dogs around here, and don't go through a gate reading "Beware Of Dog".
