Narcissists

I was reading "Gonzo", a biography of Hunter S Thompson, but got too disgusted with him. He was a total narcissist, lurching through life in a haze of drugs and alcohol, leaving behind human wreckage, and dishonoring truthful journalism with his "new journalism".

There's a new Fox TV show called "Rake', with a similar character, this time as a defense lawyer. It's not for me, as I feel contempt for such people.
