Halo is pleased with himself and his new skill set.

It took six days, but Halo finally managed the dog door. Pogi is good with doors and will push open full size doors, and sails in and out the new dog door. When I first got Halo, he couldn't use stairs, and resisted coming indoors.

Halo still has some sort of door resistance and will not push open a door that is ajar, and was stymied with the mechanics of getting his body through the little opening in the garage door. Today, both dogs were outside, and Pogi came in, and a minute later I called Halo from inside, and he jumped through. His critical motivation was not to go out, but the reverse, to come to me when he was called. Such a loyal, dependable dog.
