Pork Madness!
Nov. 5th, 2014 05:53 pmI bought a huge pork shoulder roast today. I saw from an ad that they were on sale for $1.59/lb, but I didn't realize the catch was that they're 16 pounds each. I have half in the pressure cooker and half n the freezer.
I braised it first, and I'm cooking it with garlic and onions, and red wine. I'll make gravy when it's done and mash some red potatoes.
