Life Among Carnivores

I found the remains of a dove that a cat dragged home. The wings were intact, hanging on the breast bone and spine, along with the feet. Every scrap of meat was eaten. I'll bet even poor old Cali had a taste.

I went grocery shopping and took both dogs. Now that Jack is back with Mark, I can take Dinah along, and I think Halo prefers that. When we got back home there was the excitement of squirrels running around. They had come from across the street when the dogs were gone. Halo quickly sent them packing.
