Herbal Supplements and My Menagerie

I tried an Indian herbal supplement called ashwagandha and right away felt positive effects. It's a mood elevator, and I seem to be physically feeling less tired. I had the energy to easily cook a nice dinner and do the dishes without struggling.

The baby kitten is coming outdoors every morning, and has been exploring and playing with the young female cat that I also call kitten.

Halo seems to like cats even more since the baby kitten is around us. The yellow cat and adult kitten come in his yard sometimes and he'll just smell their butts.

We met a friendly black cat near the school while Halo was off leash, and Halo was perfectly fine with it.

Dinah seems afraid of cats and avoids them.
