Cat Update

My cat monitors her food bowls (yes, plural), and when she sees me getting ready to go out, she makes incessant, demanding little chuff sounds until I fill them up. Then she feels secure and happy. She won't eat all it all, and is not fat, but obviously has certain issues around food.

Sounds like she has abandonment issues, like she's afriad you're not going to come back for a while.

She was semi-abandoned before she found me. She's the smartest cat I've ever known, and sits with me on the couch some evenings, eating cheddar cheese and watching nature shows on TV.

officially i have one cat a tabby calico mix named kiro. she's very fat. i feed three other cats from da hood. one is a gorgeous siamese kitty that ends up in my room on rainy nights.
