It's sockpuppet spam. Half of the guy's sockpuppets are child molesters, and the other half are New York sex squad investigators. He's mentally ill, and apparantly works on his personal good/bad conflicts through livejournal. He's a stone freak, and it's best not to even respond.

I realize he was probably just looking for attention, but there's a word for what he's doing: slander and it's illegal. I'd report him to LiveJournal management if I were you before he gets a chance to do worse.

I've been talking with people, and the consensus it that all the socks we're discussing are the work of Laura Ann Ruocco. She's a drug addict and performance artist in NYC. Her dad even published a book of hers that is very popular in Japan. She hates Nick Zedd, and is terribly jealous of the Saint Reverend Jen. She just got married, but seems to be in the midst of a mEnTaL breakdown right here on LiveJournal. She loves attention, so you should try to interview her for PopTrash Magazine.

I've heard that she was once on stage, and in the course of doing a incomprehesible performance piece she collected wallets from all the sheeple in the audience, then bolted for the door, keeping everyone's wallets. Maybe you could have a "Pariah of the Month" feature.
