Financial Update

I think I just sold my Dad's house. It's been on the market for 90 days, and I accepted an offer today so the house is now in escrow. So far as I can tell, I got about 12% less than the all time high value which was in 2004. That's not bad considering how crazy the real estate and credit markets have been lately.

I can just imagine how hard it's been. A friend of mine has been trying to sell his house for over a year and he's nearly suicidal at this point.
