Farm Report For July 7.

robbyMy cat is slowly losing ground, she had a bad Saturday, but now she has recovered somewhat. She still walks around the house, looks out the window, and looks forward to eating and laying in the afternoon sun.
There are one or more little lizards living in the side yard. I think they like the vegetable garden, as it attracts plenty of edible bugs.
This year's cactus pads are now too tough to eat, so I chopped off some of the highest pads and threw them away. I'm not sure how to compost cactus pads. I could barely reach them, and I'll have to keep at it and control the size and height of the plant. I'll have lots of cactus fruit in a month or two.
