robbyThe dog has all his shots and now he's neutered. He has one of those big plastic cones around his head, and he hates it. I took it off a few times, but he doesn't want to wear it, so it's always a big deal to get it back on. He's on pain meds, and woke me up every few hours last night. He's not whimpering or yelping, but all these drugs and medical upset screw with him.
I tested my new antenna by setting it up outside on an 8 foot stepladder, and I was able to pull in a VHF station 65 miles away. My plan is to plant the antenna on the roof, about 25 feet high, with a rotating mast. With luck, I'll get the San Francisco, San Jose and Sacramento stations. Most people are surprised to learn that the highest quality HDTV is from over the air broadcasts. The cable and satellite providers degrade and compress a signal before they push it through the pipe.
