Agricultural Update February 7

robbyThe glorious weather continues and the almond tree is bursting into flower. The bees are loving it, and with luck, they will again travel to, and cross pollinate with the almond tree down the block.
I should thin the onions out again, and try to transplant the extras into some of the bare spots along the rows. I have little broccoli and cauliflower heads developing, and my row of lettuce is getting long in the tooth, so I should plant some more. I need to think about starting some tomato and pepper plants indoors, and time it so I put them outside at the proper time.
