I have a couple of kitchen knives that I use every day, and keep uber sharp.
The biggest one is almost a cleaver, and had a wanky handle, but I just found a bread knife from the same set, and I was able to switch handles.
I would advise everyone to buy an inexpensive knife sharpener, because sharp kitchen knives are a joy to use. It's also best to hand wash good knives, rather than run them through the dishwasher.
In Other News: We're having continuing weird weather. It's now 63 degrees and raining.
