Beat Up At The Dentist's.

I had a three-hour root canal done today. It was an ordeal, but lately I've come to appreciate antibiotics and modern dentistry. In another era, the infection I had from that cracked molar might have killed me.

You did what needed to be done. Good for you! Is the prognosis good for no further treatment?

I have the same opinion about antibiotics and dentistry, in fact modern medicine in general. Any question about 'what era would you like to live in?' always brings this up!

The final thing is the permanent filling and crown. On the 8th, the dermatologist will remove that spot on my forehead. If I'm lucky and they get it all, I'll be done at the doctor's, as well.

I've started wearing a hat in the afternoon, but the sun damage was done decades ago, so it probably doesn't matter at this point.
