Eat Yer Vegetables!

I've run out of freezer space, so for that last three days I've been eating all the squash and green beans that I pick. I've been picking them young, to keep the volume that I eat within human parameters. I'm sure this is good for me, I'm getting lots of vitamins and anti-oxidants.
I'll try to keep this up, but if it becomes a burden, I'll come up with a plan B.
I'm finally going to get some good Brandywine tomatoes. The blossom end rot was just on the first to ripen. Tomatoes, I will can, and I still need about a dozen quarts more, before I can call it a season.

She had 3 daughters so the food was welcome but the legend goes that she wasn't expecting the marriage proposal. After recovering her breath, she said yes.
