A cool day, not quite 80 degrees yet. I did remove the shade structures around the avocado trees and harvested peppers and cactus fruit. I'm falling behind in eating the squash. There are squash ready to pick, but I still haven't finished the last bunch. The beans are not so relentless, and I'm also letting some bean pods go to seed, for next year.
There is a Oriental Fruit Fly infestation to the north of me, but I don't see any evidence of them here. There would be maggots in the lemons, the nopales fruit and the peppers.
