My internet antibiotics arrived in the mail today, a personal stash of Cipro in case of a major disaster. They came from New Delhi and took 10 days in transit. I still don't have my emergency well pump set up. I have the pump and generator, but I need tubing and a filter, as well as an easy way to siphon gas.

last summer my health insurance went haywire, i saw a few doctors who didnt know what was wrong with me, and i was really really sick. ten days of cipro from my father's emergency stash and i was right as rain.

I've put together some useful medical supplies. I'm not an apocalyptic kook, gleefully anticipating some great disaster, but I don't want to die like a rat if the power goes off for a week. The supermarkets would quickly be stripped of food, and medical attention would not be available.
