Physical Update

I've had a couple of bad days with my knee, but I'm on the mend again. Sitting aggravates things, so I try not to sit, and haven't been on the interweb. I had a very busy strenuous day yesterday, and finished all my work, and oddly felt better, at the end of the day. I'm walking the dogs again, and they are happy about that.

The best thing seems to be a class of drugs called nsaids. I can buy ibuprofin over the counter, and I have a secret stash of celebrex. Cortisone is a steroid, and would probably help. A few times I've popped a vicodin, when the pain gets ridiculous and I can't sleep. Aspirin seems to aggravate the problem.

I had horrific pain in my heel (bursitis), and damned if one shot of cortisone didn't fix it right up. It was felt like i'd injected sponge into my heel, and than the bursitis flare up must have taken that opportunity to heal itself.

My sister just told me that she gets cortisone shots for her knees.
