Dog Attack Next Door

robbyThe old man tells me he was attacked by a pitbull last night, and went to the hospital for 22 stitches. I didn't hear anything, but I must have been out walking my dogs.
On Saturday, we had an encounter with three pitbulls from the next block, and I used my pepper spray on them at the first sign of aggression. I warned both the neighbor kids and the old man about them, at the time.
The old man says he made a police report, and I'm going to be on high alert now.

On second thought, I'm skeptical of the story. I wonder if Julio hurt himself somehow, and then embellished it into a dog attack.
