Tuesday Update

I haven't seen cat #5 lately, perhaps he's eating at night. The other cats never fully accepted him. My four cats are always around, and he would just show up for meals.

I've started taking a naproxen every morning for knee pain and it helps me be more productive. It's the minimum dose of an over-the-counter nsaid, so I suppose taking it regularly is not so bad. Funny how naproxen works, when the other pain meds don't.

It's been hot, in the triple digits, but dry, and the Delta breeze cools us down about 7 PM.

FYI, naproxen has a black box warning for heart disease, but it's nowhere near as bad as acetaminophen or ibuprofen.

I think my ticker is in good shape, but regular use of any nsaid has warnings. The other option is to spend more time on the couch.
