robbyI cut a person from my reading list for posting dishonest nonsense. He was maintaining that Americans in the 1990's were running into bomb shelters when they saw low flying planes. His point was that the US was terrible and in danger from the Soviets during the Reagan Administration.
His bone-headed friends, mostly to pander to him, were posting 'duck and cover" cartoons from the 1960's and agreeing that bomb shelters still existed some places in the 1990's. As if that proved his point.
So many foolish, ignorant, dishonest people here on Live Journal.
One sad, but interesting note, is that a Russian was one other who disagreed with the facts and tenor of the post. He knows history and had an honest understanding of the 1990's.
