Really hungry and dirty. Collar, but no tags. Is he a toy poodle, or maybe a Maltese or Bichon Frise ?

I just adopted to retired Greyhound racers...most well-behaved, house-polite dogs I've ever seen.

Yes, a bath today, and on Friday, I'll try to get him scanned for a microchip. I see the remnant of a fancy haircut on him, so maybe someone wants him back.
