Keeping Myself Up

robbyI finished the dental "deep cleaning", and it was pretty traumatic.
My teeth are in pretty good shape, but I'm going to try to keep them up better because I'm not as resilient as I once was.
For that same reason,I'm going to also get an eye exam, and a diagnoses of my right knee.
