Look for ridiculous sweeping across-the-board security measures that will make flying impossible for the general public.
A simple solution would be to carefully screen the Muslim militants that want to board planes if they are listed on the terrorist watch list. Wait! That would be racist! Ok, then let's fuck up the general public, and have everybody run in stupid circles to no effect! OK, good idea!
A mysterious man in Amsterdam first tried to board Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab, a Nigerian, on the Detroit bound flight without a passport, claiming they were Sudanese. How did he eventually get on? He was listed on the terrorist watch list.

Update: Federal authorities met Monday to reassess the nation's system of terror watchlists to determine how to avoid the type of lapse that allowed a man with explosives to board a flight to the U.S. even though he was flagged as a possible terrorist.
