The third planting of beans is in the ground, and next is to set up the secondary rain collector to catch some possible showers coming this way. This summer rain is unusual; it's monsoon moisture coming north from Mexico.

Halo is spending the morning out on the porch, and Pogi is being an inside shadow dog, following me around the house. He's a little conflicted, though, because there is a fleet of telephone company cable trucks outside, and he would also like to keep an eye on them.
