I'm still juggling lots of projects, and making slow progress on many fronts. I cast three large objects in the late afternoon, after testing and modifying the slip throughout the day. This morning, I'll release them, and soon I'll have enough for another bisque firing.

I'm ready to start on the north wall of the shed, and I'm learning after trial and error the best way to attach wood nailing surfaces to the steel frame.

I need to pick tomatoes today, and keep my eye on what could be the last batch of yellow squash.

Next week, I'll have to spend a day at jury duty. I should be released when I go before the judge, and I'll spend the courthouse time reading und resting mein poor aching body. I have found a very entertaining novel: The Amazing Adventures Of Kavalier And Clay http://www.readinggroupguides.com/guides_k/kavalier_clay1.asp
