California's Obamacare Site Is Crippled.

I've making an effort to sign up, but my half-dozen attempts today have aborted. I haven't even been able to open an account. Big Government cannot handle health insurance. I'll keep trying, up until the deadline, about 29 hours from now, but if I'm not successful, I absolutely won't pay a penalty.
