Pit Bull Aggression
Jul. 6th, 2014 09:09 amThis morning, more explosions at 6:30 am, so Pogi was frightened and stayed home. Halo and I went for a walk, and were ambushed by a pit bull. We've fought this dog before, and he charged us, and actually touched Halo, but there was no biting.
Halo is physically bigger, and fearless, so that was enough to give pause to the pit bull. I yelled at the dog, and maybe he remembers me once whacking him with a length of steel chain.
The dog retreated before I got out the pepper spray, but all the commotion brought out a few of the neighbors who were also nervous seeing a dog like that running around.
