Modern Life Is So Disturbing

All over town, I'm running into strange-looking anime girls, moving in a stiff-jointed fashion, and speaking faux japanese in high pitched voices. Just this morning, one was ahead of me at the supermarket, paying for groceries in jerky little motions and giggling at inappropriate times. I wrote it off as another psychosis of modern times until I saw this video:

It's a new teenage craze, probably the most bizarre ever, and what's even more disturbing is that young girls are being encouraged and pursued by horrible, geeky men in their 20's and 30's.

These girls are not dead, just oddly animated. It's anime brought to life. We're turning Japanese, I really think so. Have you seen them in Harwichport? My dogs get freaked out when they see these girls.

You're the only other one that cares that these weird twists are turning up. I won't be surprised if some of the women on my f-list get involved with this doll trend. It's snowballing, and we might not even recognise the US in 5 years.

There was this news item that the Japanese, as a nation are having less sex. I can't blame them. Is anime some kind of masochism? I do want to shoot myself. It's the voices! Singsong. YAHHHHHHHH!!!

Did you realize that video is of an English girl, not Japanese, and the accent is phony? Hundreds of thousand of American girls have begun to emulate this. Just tonight, three of them were marching through the neighborhood in cute sailor suits, chanting "Hello Kitty, Hello Kitty".
